The Fitness Manager must ensure a high standard of professionalism, results-based programming, and profitability in the Personal Training department. The Fitness Manager is an integral part of successful Club Operations and must strive to create an engaging and motivating environment that attracts and retains both Associates and Clients. What will you be doing? Recruiting, selecting, onboarding and developing a successful team of Personal Trainers Leading your Personal Training Team through coaching and development to achieve Club Key Performance Indicators Managing the Personal Training experience by ensuring all Personal Training sessions are serviced according to GoodLife standards Managing Personal Training administration Working closely with all departments in the club to enhance overall club culture Do you have what it takes?
